TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
myUKdate is the trading name of Easy Date Limited, Company Number 4473833. myUKdate provides an online introduction and dating service (the "Service") through the myukdate.com website.
The Terms and Conditions of Membership sets out the terms under which the Service is provided to you. By registering with myukdate.com ("myUKdate") you become a member of the Service (a "Member").
The Service is being provided to you under the terms and conditions of this agreement and any operating rules, policies, and procedures as currently published on the website by myUKdate. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement, change the Site (including discontinuing any content on or feature of the site) or change any fees or charges for using the Site at any time.
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, do not continue to use the Service

USE OF THE WEBSITE
To be eligible to use the Service, you must be over 18 years of age. You must provide certain current, complete, and accurate information about yourself at registration and maintain and update such registration information ("Registration Data") so that such information remains current, complete and accurate.
myUKdate may refuse to offer its Service to anyone without the need to give any reason and may change its criteria for Membership at any time.
myUKdate will notify you if you have been accepted and registered as a Member. If any Registration Data that you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, myUKdate retains the right to terminate your Membership immediately.

TERMS AND TERMINATION
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you are a member of the Service. Under the United Kingdom Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you can postpone commencement of the Service until the seven working day cooling-off period has expired. However, if you choose to become a member and enter the Web site, you are electing to commence the Service immediately and you thereby waive any right to cancel the Service under these regulations.

When you purchase a membership with us, you are entering an agreement with EasyDate Ltd. We have an auto-billing system which automatically renews your membership for a further period unless otherwise stated; this means that once your membership has expired, a new charge will be made to your account for the value of the original purchase.
You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason; however, we have a strict cancellation policy. If you would like us to cancel your membership and suspend any further charges, please request a membership cancellation in writing at least 10 days before your membership expires and send it to the following address: EasyDate Biz Ltd (MUKD), 23 Manor Place, Edinburgh, EH3 7DX. This is the only way we can cancel your membership due to security reasons; we reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests made via email, instant messaging or over the telephone. In order for us to process the cancellation on the system, you need to provide the email address you registered with and the date on which you wish us to cancel your membership; without the correct email address we will be unable to cancel your membership.

Should you breach this Agreement, we may immediately terminate your membership and your access to the Service. Furthermore, we will send you notice of termination at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to us. If we terminate your membership of the Service because you have breached the Agreement, we will refund any pre-payments made by you less reasonable costs and losses we have incurred. We can terminate this contract at any time by giving you reasonable advance written notice.

PASSWORD AND SECURITY
Access to and use of the Service is through a combination of Screen Name and Password. You are responsible for ensuring that you maintain the confidentiality of your Screen Name and Password and you must not permit any third party to use the Service on your behalf. You agree to immediately notify myUKdate of any unauthorised use of the Service through your account or any other breach of security known to you.

CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
myUKdate reserves the right, without liability, to modify or discontinue any part of the Service, temporarily or permanently. myUKdate will give you the maximum amount of notice of such modification or discontinuance as is practicable in the circumstances. Notice of any changes to the service will be made by myUKdate posting the changes on this website.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
myUKdate may change the terms and conditions from time to time. myUKdate will post the amended terms and conditions on the myukdate.com website upon any such change. The amendments automatically become effective immediately after they are initially posted on this website and any use of the Service occurring after such date is subject to the amendments. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of the amended terms and conditions on the website constitutes your acknowledgement of the terms and conditions and its modifications and agreement to abide by and be bound by the agreement, as amended.

You agree not to publish, post, promote or otherwise transmit through the Service any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature.
You agree not to transmit or post any material that is defamatory, libellous or slanderous or that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Under the terms and conditions of this agreement you agree not to engage in surveys, contests, chain letters or post or transmit "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass distribution of e-mail. myUKdate does not endorse the content of any Member postings or data nor assumes any responsibility for any threatening, libellous, obscene, harassing or offensive material contained in such materials, or any crime facilitated by use of this website.
Under these terms and conditions you agree not to upload or distribute in any way files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
You agree not to interfere or disrupt networks connected to the Service. Under these terms and conditions you must not use any device, software or routine to attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of this website.
Under these terms and conditions, you agree not to take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on myUKdate's infrastructure.

myUKdate reserves the right to establish a limit on the amount of computer storage a Member may use through the Service. myUKdate assumes no responsibility for the deletion of or failure of the Service to store transmissions, data or posting.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason; however, we have a strict cancellation policy. Upon termination of the Service, your right to use the Service immediately ceases and you acknowledge and agree that myUKdate may immediately delete the files in your account, bar any further access to such files or the Service.
Upon termination of this Service, you are not entitled to a refund of any fees paid to myUKdate.
myUKdate shall not be liable to you or any third party for termination of your Membership in accordance with these terms and conditions.

You agree that myUKdate has the right to assign or sub-contract any or all of its obligations under these terms and conditions. You shall not, without myUKdate's prior written consent, assign these terms and conditions.
